Thomas Kuhn, American historian and philosopher of science, introduced the phrase “paradigm shift” in 1962. He describes the concept as a series of peaceful interludes punctuated by intellectually violent revolutions, resulting in a permanent change from one way of thinking to another.
For business, this means a new way of thinking and a new way of working.
